Recently, new semester working meeting of Literature and Journalism School (LJS) was held in Conference Room A706, Zhixin Building. The school party secretary Wang Desheng, deputy secretary Zhang Shuai attended the meeting and delivered speeches. The meeting was presided by Shen Wen, the director of the LJS office, and all staff presented.

Wang Desheng affirmed the accomplishments positively on the past work. Wang said: ”though few members and heavy workload in school offices, all members finished their work excellently by positive and solid attitudes. I want to express gratitude on behalf of the school.” According to the mass line education practice, Wang made suggestions on how to improve office service level, solve practical problems and establish harmonious office. He hoped school staff could pay attention to the details in the work, abide by the strict work attendance checking system, pay more attention to the collaboration and helping each other, keep methods based on service and innovation, and make the job more in place, let the teachers and students more satisfied.

Deputy secretary Zhang Shuai summarized the work on freshman orientation. Zhang expressed thanks to the staff’s contribution to freshman orientation, and he said he would lead the students work team and cooperate with the staff and support each other, work together to do the work well in new semester.

The director Shen gave full affirmation to the performance of each department. Combining the new term work, Shen suggested building a new efficient and service office. She hoped everybody strengthen the service consciousness, discipline consciousness and saving consciousness, do excellent logistics for the school development. In order to insure everyone in a healthy condition, the office fixed 9:30 as the routine time for exercise, and everyone is welcome to participate.

After full and heated discussions in a harmonious atmosphere, this meeting timely transmitted and implemented the requirements and instructions from the university, promoted the communication and understanding and made a good start for new semester work.
